As a member of thePlantfiles, you can sign up to receive ‘Free’ email and/or text alerts about thefts in your area. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Should you wish to register your assets, the process is simple and intuitive. Just go to the sign up at the Home page and provide a username and password. Once that’s done just log in a take it from there!

If you decide to create your own asset file simply click on the ‘Create File’ button and follow the instructions. Upon registration of an asset, you will receive thePlantfiles security tags with your unique security number to apply to your plant.
This sticker will act as a theft deterrent. In the event of asset theft, thePlantfiles has a real-time theft report system that alerts the local Police the minute you report your asset as stolen.

Police will be given access to the unique details and photos of your Plant so that they can identify and take immediate action to recover the stolen Plant & Equipment. In addition, with your permission, the local Plant & Equipment community will be alerted and notified of the theft in real time.

Verified Ownership Records promotes a better and more safe environment to Buy and Sell assets.

Each of your Plant Files contains photos and unique details on your plant. You can also add finance and insurance information, store service records and even add videos to identify your plant.

All of this information provides you with a complete forensic passport that verifies ownership and provides a more secure environment to buy and sell Plant & Equipment.
